In the past, getting a full set of dental implant-supported teeth was always a months-long process, but with Teeth in a Day®, you can potentially get a complete smile makeover in a single appointment. If you’re a good candidate for the All-on-4® treatment, you’ll be able to transition from edentulism or failing teeth to a brand new set of beautiful, non-removable teeth anchored in place by dental implants, all in the span of a day.
The first step in the process is visiting our office for a consultation. Assuming Teeth in a Day® is right for you, we will schedule an appointment for surgery and fabricate a customized tooth replacement prosthesis to be used immediately after your dental implant procedure.
During your surgery, dental implants are strategically spaced throughout your jawbone to maximize support and create a stable foundation for your permanent full arch of teeth. Once the dental implants have been placed, the customized teeth we made will be placed onto the implants and fitted for comfort. You’ll be able to walk out the door of our office smiling with confidence!
Once the surgical sites have completely healed, a new non-removable set of teeth will be created and then affixed to your dental implants.
Advantages of All-on-4® Treatment/
Teeth in a Day®
All-on-4® implants are a unique solution that allows qualified patients who are missing all teeth on the upper, lower, or both arches to replace their missing teeth using as few as four implants as anchors for prosthetic teeth. Patients who choose this procedure appreciate the realistic look and feel of the finished restoration when compared with dentures.
There are many advantages of the this implant treatment over traditional dentures and other implant options:
- The restorations look and feel more natural than traditional dentures.
- Bone loss in the jaw would normally continue unabated with dentures, but the implants used for All-on-4® restorations can prevent bone loss by stimulating the bone growth around the implant, alleviating the prematurely aged “sunken” look associated with denture wearers.
- The implant prosthesis is not removed at night and left on the nightstand
- You can say goodbye to messy denture adhesives. All-on-4® restorations stay securely in place because they’re anchored by dental implants.
- All-on-4® treatment/ Teeth-in-a- Day® may be completed in a single day, reducing healing time.
- All-on-4® implants are more affordable than most other types of dental implants because they require fewer implants and fewer office visits.
- There’s no plate covering the roof of the mouth with All-on-4® restorations, so you won’t have to worry about them impacting your ability to speak and eat.

Frequently Asked Questions About
Teeth in a Day®
Can you really get new teeth in one day?
Yes, you can get new teeth in one day with our Teeth in a Day® procedure. The procedure has a high success rate and provides patients with superior results that improve both function and appearance of their smiles.
How does Teeth in a Day work?
Teeth in a Day streamlines what was once a lengthy process to get dental implants. If you still have teeth that need to be extracted, this can also be done during your Teeth in a Day® procedure. After your extractions, your dental implants will be placed and a high-quality temporary prosthesis is attached to your implants. Later, a new fixed teeth restoration is fabricated and affixed to the dental implants.
How does Teeth in a Day work?
During your dental implant surgery, your mouth will be completely numbed with local anesthesia so you won’t feel any pain while we work. Dependent on your particular needs, different levels of sedation drugs can also be utilized for relaxation purposes. In the hours after the procedure, as the local anesthetic wears off, you will begin to experience some discomfort. This is typically mild and most patients describe the recovery from dental implant surgery as being less uncomfortable than the recovery from a tooth extraction. We will provide you with aftercare instructions to minimize any discomfort.
How much do Teeth in a Day cost?
The cost of Teeth in a Day® depends on a few different factors, including whether or not you need any teeth extracted and if bone grafting needs to be placed at the time of your dental implant surgery. During your consultation, we will provide you with a cost estimate. Generally, an upper or lower arch cost approximately $23,000.00-35,000.00 including both the surgery and the tooth replacement.
